Here are the collection of news from the TechTransThai Community in this month.
Wellbeing
Our project leader, Late Night Defender, is going through changes in professional life. This means she’ll have to balance professional work, open source work and life, which means less time to steer the TechTransThai Community. We’ll be re-prioritizing things, such as finishing near-completed overdue work first.
Her current main focus is now on:
- Fifty Shades of Bully
- Wonderful Mobile
Apart from that, she also discontinued some of her solo-maintained TechTransThai projects. Projects affected are:
- App Localization
- Mapping Thailand
- Open Voice Datasets
If someone wanted to bring these projects back to life, feel free to drop a message in our Telegram chats.
TechTransThai System Operator
For our TechTransThai Infrastructure, we now have a resource monitoring in place using Home Assistant + Glances + Wireguard. This enables our admins (currently 3 people) to troubleshoot performance issues more easily.

Mapping Thailand
After Late Night Defender discontinued this project, mrrpmeowfurry immediately got promoted to the lead maintainer status, despite the website not yet updated. Congratulations!
Wonderful Mobile
Late Night Defender created Wonderful Mobile themed wallpapers for Wonderful Mobile project. You can get it here from TechTransThai Cloud.
